Join Pack 36

1.)  Please fill out an online youth application and pay the membership fees.
Cost is $125.00 ($85 National Fee, $40 Council Fee)

2.)  Please pay the yearly Pack 36 dues.  
$65.00 per Scout:  Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, 4th Grade 

$35.00 per Scout:  5th Grade 

 

Cash or Checks made out to Pack 36, are accepted. 

We also accept card payments at all den meetings in the front lobby.
This money goes directly to your Scout - paying for monthly advancement awards.
 

3.)  Please fill out the required Cub Scout health form.  

Remember to include vaccination records and a front/back copy of your insurance card.

Health forms need to be printed and will be collected in the front lobby.

These will be kept private and only used in case of an emergency.
Health forms need to be resubmitted every year.
